I often go in here , the staff are very polite we got served today by Rachael who welcomed us with a smile and took care of serving us , she served us with extreme professionalism, im really impressed with the food and customer service here , I would definitely recommend this place to friends
We had roast lamb dinner and roast beef dinner. Everything was on the plates and is delicious. Staff are friendly too, especially Grace. I'm 1000% recommended this restaurant if you are looking for Irish traditional foods. Even the gravy was delicious. One word-SUPERB.
Had lunch with my husband. I had chicken with tagliatelle, it tasted lovely but I'd have preferred the tagliatelle to be in smaller pieces,they were huge and I had to cut them. Saying that the taste was lovely just not as esthetically pleasing as regular tagliatelle. Staff were super helpful and very efficient and also very pleasant. The food was reasonably priced and the place was spotless.I did notice the staff thoroughly cleaning every table as guests left, definitely a thumbs up in my world. Annie Mays is my 'go to' every time I'm in Newcastle.
